Wedding Day & Venue Access
When does wedding exclusivity apply?
Exclusive use of the venue is from 11:30 AM on the day of the wedding until 10:00 AM the following morning.
When can we have access to That Amazing Place to set up?
Bridal party access: From 11:30 AM on the wedding day.
Suppliers: Can arrive 3 hours before the ceremony.
Overnight guests check-in: From 2:00 PM.
Food & Drink
Can we bring our own caterers?
No. To ensure quality, we require couples to select from our preferred caterers, who offer bespoke menus tailored to your needs and budget.
Do you allow corkage?
No, we do not allow corkage. However, we provide high-quality wines at competitive prices.
Ceremony & Reception
What time is the ceremony held?
Classic Wedding Package: Ceremony can be booked anytime from 2:00 PM.
Twilight Weddings: Ceremony starts at 4:00 PM or 5:00 PM.
What is the finish time for music and the bar?
Sunday to Thursday: Music and bar close at 11:30 PM, venue closes at midnight.
Monday to Wednesday: Music and bar close at 11:00 PM, venue closes at 11:30 PM.Accommodation & Venue Facilities
Is overnight accommodation included in the package price?
No. Overnight accommodation for all 15 rooms (sleeps 31 guests) is £2,500. This is separate from the wedding package, as most couples recoup the cost from their guests.
Is furniture included in the hire price?
Yes, all tables and chairs are included in the hire price.
Do you provide table linen?
Yes, we provide plain white table linen. You can upgrade to coloured linen for an additional cost.
What size is your cake stand?
We provide a 16-inch traditional silver round cake stand and silver knife at no extra cost.
Suppliers & Entertainment
Do we have to use your preferred suppliers?
Catering: You must use one of our preferred caterers for quality assurance.
DJ Services: If using the marquee, you must book our in-house DJ (Herts Events).
Other Suppliers: You are free to choose your own florists, photographers, decorators, etc..
Guest Information & Additional Details
Is there overnight parking?
Yes. Guests can leave their cars overnight at their own risk but must collect them the following morning.
Is there a restriction on child numbers?
No, there is no restriction on the number of children attending your wedding.
Are there any undisclosed charges?
No, all charges are discussed upfront in your initial consultation to assist with budgeting.
Do your costs include registrar fees?
No. You will need to contact the registrar directly to arrange and pay for your civil ceremony.
