							The title of venue does justice to it What a place! What a team! It has taken us a few weeks after our wedding to write this review, but we wanted to do it justice. I will never forget my mum's face when she saw the bridal cottage and her room! and the next day all the guests were amazed by the venue and the grounds! Guests were shocked by how well organised it was but that was not a surprise for us. We could not fault the team at all. When I saw Louise and Angie the morning of the wedding I knew I was in good hands. And they genuinely cared about how I felt in the morning (nervous bride) and how we felt during the day. They fed us (when we have forgotten to eat) and they waited for my husband with his requested non-alcoholic cocktail. In the run up to the wedding no question was ever too much for them. They accommodated our requests to check in early and no one chased us out at breakfast even though we were past our check out time. I hope that one day I will have the excuse of a big enough party to be able to return to the venue! To any future Mr and Mrs, book the venue, you will not be disappointed!

							Truly an Amazing Place We recently had our wedding here and it was an unforgettable day! Paul, the owner of TAP himself, was very involved and so accommodating and the grounds are absolutely breathtaking. With so many amazing photo opportunities. Out guests have absolutely raved about it since the day!

The only thing I need mention is that if you’re not a dog person there are a few of the furry fellas roaming the grounds

In particular a MASSIVE mention to Louise our coordinator, she was so helpful and kind. From the build up to and on the day of she made the whole event a well oiled machine. She and the team were so kind and helpful to all of our guests throughout the night and everyone noted it to us.

							It's just Amazing!! From the moment I attended the Wedding Open Day at That Amazing Place, I knew I wanted my reception there.  I was always going to have a church wedding at my local church and the location of the venue was perfect.

Angie, who I renamed, my Angel was so supportive and making suggestions for us to consider that would make our lead up to the day so much easier.

There was good communication from my Angel Angie and gentle nudges when we needed to respond.

We opted to have the Lodge the night before for myself, bridesmaids, daughters, sister in law,  etc to get ready with nail technician doing our nails whilst we ate our fish & chips, then the next morning the MUA and hairdresser were able to work from different rooms with full lights, mirrors and loads of plug sockets.

The planning of the day took into account the age of our guests and Angie was there, in the background, making sure everyone was comfortable from aged 3 to 83.  Nothing was too much trouble for Angie and her team.

All of our guests were impressed by the actual venue and the accommodation.  The breakfast the next morning was also welcome after the non-stop dancing from the previous night.

We used Magpie Catering who deserve a shout out for their professionalism and, being a preferred supplier of TAP, worked seamlessly with Angie and her team.

To anyone contemplating booking That Amazing Place, do it before they get all booked up.  Their different packages give you so many options, there is something for everyone.  I want to do it all again!

							This place certainly is Amazing and wonderful as a wedding venue We held a small family wedding (about 40 people) here and 'wow' the place and the team there certainly were 'amazing'! The main house is beautiful and quirky and set in beautiful grounds, whilst the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. It was spotlessly clean and felt very exclusive with it being sited away from neighbouring properties. We felt the setting was idyllic for our wedding and would certainly recommend it to others.

							Amazing Place We got married at That Amazing Place in august 2024 and what an AMAZING place it is. The staff were all so friendly and An extra big thankyou to Angie and Louise who went above and beyond making sure our day was just how we wanted. Both Such lovely ladies and nothing was too much. 							The most perfect day Angie and Paul were fantastic from start to finish, the venue is beautiful and we couldn’t have wished for a more perfect wedding day! The mixture of the house and marquee worked really well for us and our guests and there was plenty of room for our family and close friends to stay in comfort.

							Amazing! I honestly cannot recommend That Amazing Place more! Angie, Louise and the rest of the staff were incredible from start to finish. We first met Louise and Angie in February 2023 when they showed us around and we instantly knew we wanted to get married here. They couldn’t have made the experience more straightforward and stress free for us. On the day, everything was taken control of exactly how I would have wanted and everything ran smoothly thanks to Angie and Louise. Who are both so lovely and welcoming! The venue was spot on, the house is beautiful and the marquee was perfect for a party. Louise even drove us over the grass in a golf buggy to make sure we got some pictures outside without getting too wet due to the rain!

Absolutely loved staying in the wedding lodge the night before, stunning house and got everything you’d need (Angie and Louise came to say hello the night before also making me feel so relaxed about it all). Thank you so so much for everything you did for us and for making our day so perfect. Couldn’t have wished for a better venue. Lives up to its name! X
